Our CrossFit classes are designed to help you to achieve broad and inclusive fitness. For our clients that are looking for something a bit more specific, we offer a personal training option.


Getting one on one coaching is by far the quickest way to achieve your fitness goals. How you spend your time is up to you and your coach, and will vary from client to client. Everyone will start with an assessment to determine individual goals, physical limitations, weaknesses and strengths, as well readiness to change so that the optimal training program can be developed to meet your goals.


This is a great option for athletes looking to improve certain areas of their performance and anyone with previous injury experience. It’s also perfect for anyone who just wants a little more time under the eye of an experienced coach to polish their form, to seek advice, or to target certain weaknesses to overcome plateaus.


The following is a list of the personal training options we offer. In accordance with our membership guidelines, sessions can be scheduled on a 30-minute time frame and be in 60-minute increments. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to warm up. If you are late for a session, it will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no show and you will be required to pay the fee for the session.


Packages of 8 sessions or fewer are valid for 1 month. Packages of 12 sessions are valid for 2 months.

Small Group Training


Our small group training is a happy medium between our regular CrossFit classes and a personal training option. Small group training is for groups from 2 to 4 people. This is a good fit for people looking for more individualized attention with a similar goal.


As with personal training, certain rules apply. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to warm up. If you are late for a session, it will still end at the scheduled time. If you (or someone from your party) arrives more than 15 minutes late for a session, they must be pay full price. If no one from the party is there 15 minutes after the scheduled time, then it will be considered a no show and all members must pay the full session fee. If only 1 member of the purchasing groups arrives to the agreed upon and scheduled time, the remaining members will be charged and the session will be considered a no show for those people.
